How to Use This Cleaner / Degreaser

Disconnect the equipment from power source. Make sure opening of spray head is pointing toward surface to be cleaned. Hold the aerosol can 6-8 inches away. Direct spray to saturate soiled surface. Use an ESD-Safe cleaning brush to clean heavy soils. When used as a general cleaner, start at top of area to be cleaned using a sweeping motion and spray the area, slowly working toward the bottom. To clean in hard to reach areas, insert extension tube in sprayhead to direct spray. Allow components to dry completely before applying current.

Techspray 1500-QT is a powerful degreaser specially formulated using natural ingredients like citrus and soy oils to soak in and quickly cut through oil and grease. It is best suitable for cleaning tools, parts, shop equipment, motors, stainless steel surface and industrial working surfaces. Leaves high-gloss finish.

This machine cleaner / degrease is compliant with European REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization & Restriction of Chemicals) and WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive). How to Use This Cleaner / Degreaser

Spray and saturate the soiled area. Let soak for 30-60 seconds depending on thickness of the grease. Using a lint-free wipe, wipe lightly at first to allow cleaning agent to break down residues. Continue to wipe in a circular motion until the grease or oil is fully removed. Repeat the process if required. On walking surfaces, mop thoroughly after cleaning. Material is easily rinsed by wiping with water dampened cloth.

Techspray 1573 Oven Cleaner is formulated to clean reflow oven, wave soldering machine, and associated heat exchanger systems by removing all types of flux residues including water-based flux, RMA Flux, No-clean Flux, lead-free etc. This machine cleaner must be used periodically to prevent maintenance and keep equipment performing at peak levels. It is fast acting and more effective than IPA for baked-on flux residues.

How to Use This Oven Cleaner

SMT Oven Cleaning: Allow the oven to cool down slightly and apply on warm surface (below 100°C). Spray oven cleaner to saturate the soiled area. Let soak for 5 minutes. Using a good quality lint-free wipe, wipe lightly at first to allow cleaning agent to break down residues. Continue to wipe in a circular motion until the flux residues are fully removed. Wipe completely with damp (w/water) cloth to remove remaining residue. Dispose off soiled wipe.

Wave Solder Finger Cleaning: Fill cleaner into finger cleaning reservoir. Keep adequate liquid level.
