Techspray Flux Remover / Flux Cleaner – 1651-16S is 16 oz Aerosol Spray Container for PCB Cleaning. This PCB / Flux Cleaner is free from Nasty chemical like nPB, TCE, Perc. It is Non-Flammable, Low VOC, Non-Ozone Depleting, Residue-Free, Rapid Evaporation, Safe on Most Plastics, Much Safer than nPB and TCE, RoHS Compliant, REACH Compliant. The chemical is best suitable for flux residual removal for electronic or electrical soldering. It is effective on both rosin and no-clean fluxes. It is also effective for lead and lead-free soldering processes and solder.
This Universal PCB Cleaner is ideal for aviation and other applications where strict VOC caps apply (based on EPA VOC exemptions). Bulk chemicals ideal for cold/bucket cleaning and ultrasonics (not intended for vapor degreaser).

How to Use This Flux Cleaner
Maintenance cleaning: Disconnect the equipment to be cleaned from power source. Hold the aerosol can 6-8 inches away and make sure opening of spray head is pointing toward surface to be cleaned. Never hold the spray head towards yourself. Direct spray to saturate soiled surface. Use any ESD-Safe Cleaning Brush to heavy soils. If you are using this cleaner as a general purpose cleaner, then start spraying from the top to bottom in a sweeping motion. Use extension tube in the sprayhead to clean hard to reach areas. Allow components to dry completely before applying current.
Defluxing / Flux Removal: Hold the Aerosol Container 15 to 20 cm away from the PCB making sure that the opening of sprayhead is pointing toward surface to be cleaned. Spray and clean using ESD-Safe Brush.
Cleaning Flat Surface: To clean any flat surface, saturate a good quality lint-free wipe or cloth. Clean the surface with this saturated wipe. Repeat if required.
